How It Works

We book a slot for you.

Once booked, we send you a booking confirmation from VFS (or TLS, for France).

For France (TLS) appointments: after we confirm your booking, you log into your TLS account and pay within 30–45 minutes. If you miss this window, no refund is issued.
Your slot could be as soon as the next day. Please have your documents ready before requesting this service.
If we are unable to secure your appointment within two weeks, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing
VFS countries (most Schengen destinations):
Our fee: £100 Plus the VFS appointment/service fee, paid by us on your behalf — this varies by country (typically £20–£35). Total charged reflects both.
France (TLS Contact): Our fee: £100 The TLS appointment fee is paid directly by you to TLS once the booking is confirmed — this is separate from our £100 fee.
Important — Please Read Before Booking
Cancellation and Rescheduling

If we've secured a slot for you within your requested period and you're unable to attend, you will need to pay the VFS/TLS appointment fee again. VFS and TLS do not issue refunds for missed slots — this applies even to next-day slots.

Cancelling a reserved slot moves your order to the end of our queue.

If your plans change before we've booked your slot, let us know — we can adjust your request or process a refund. Note: changes at this stage may affect the timing of other clients' bookings.

Once an appointment has been successfully booked, no refund is issued under any circumstances.
Document Preparation Because your slot could be booked for the next day, all your documents must be ready in advance. If you're not prepared in time, your appointment may be cancelled.
VFS Confirmation Once your slot is booked and paid for, you'll receive a PDF confirmation from VFS, plus a confirmation email directly from VFS. We do not request or hold your VFS email or password.
Existing VFS Appointments If you already have an appointment booked directly on the VFS website and still want us to secure a different slot, your existing appointment must be cancelled first. VFS does not permit a new slot to be booked while an active appointment is linked to your passport details.
Choosing the Correct Visa Centre
For most countries, your visa centre is determined by your home address, not personal preference. Please make sure you select the correct centre for your jurisdiction on the booking form — if you're unsure, check the relevant country's visa centre website using your postcode before submitting. We are not responsible for appointments booked at the wrong centre due to incorrect information provided by you. (France is the exception: you may choose freely between our available centres)
France (TLS Contact) — Additional Steps

The same no-refund policy applies once your TLS appointment is booked.

You'll need to create your own TLS account and share the login details with us so we can complete the booking. After we confirm your appointment, you pay the TLS appointment fee directly — this is separate from our £100 fee.

It is your responsibility to ensure all name and passport details registered are accurate. Errors in these details may result in the visa centre refusing to accept your application at the appointment. We are not able to amend details on your profile once registered, and are not responsible for appointments affected by inaccurate information you have provided.
