Stamp Visas Ltd provides visa guidance, consultation, document review and support services.

We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate or immigration department.

​

Visa decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Purchase of any guide, consultation, document review or support service does not guarantee visa approval.

​

All guidance and recommendations are based on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and supporting documents submitted are accurate and complete.

Services purchased are provided for the specific application or matter instructed. Future applications, new travel plans, additional reviews or unrelated enquiries may require a separate consultation or service booking.

​

Consultation services are provided as a single scheduled session of up to 20 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

​

For document review services, clients should provide all relevant documents and information together where possible. Additional reviews of documents submitted after the review has commenced may require a separate booking.

​

Full Service includes support for the specific application instructed and does not include unlimited consultations or support for future applications.

All digital products are licensed for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, sharing or redistribution is prohibited.

​

All fees are non-refundable once a service has commenced or access to a digital product has been provided, except where required by law.
