Refund Policy
Digital products, including downloadable guides, are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
If a client joins a consultation late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled finish time. Time lost due to late attendance will be deducted from the consultation session.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation appointment will be treated as a completed service. Missed appointments are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Document Review services may be cancelled before documents have been submitted for review. Once documents have been submitted or the review process has commenced, the service is non-refundable.
Full Service bookings may be cancelled before work has commenced on the application. Once work has commenced, the service is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided solely because a visa application is refused, delayed, or requests additional documentation. Visa decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
