What we collect

What we collect depends on how you use our services.

  • Application and travel information: details needed to give visa guidance, review documents or support an application, such as passport details, photographs, travel history, and employment and bank statements.

  • Documents: copies of documents you send us, such as passports, photographs, bank statements and letters.

  • Booking and payment information: appointment details and records of payments. Card details are entered with our payment provider and we do not store them.

Why we use your information, and our lawful basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and booking appointments: our legitimate interests in running our business, or taking steps at your request before a contract.

  • Providing visa guidance, document review and application support: performance of our contract with you.

  • Taking payment and keeping financial records: contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounts.

  • Measuring how the website is used: your consent, through the cookie banner.

  • Meeting our legal obligations, including identity and regulatory checks: legal obligation.

We provide guidance and support only. The decision on any visa application is made by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and we cannot influence it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on this website. Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site and keep it secure are always on. Everything else, including analytics, only loads if you accept it in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy Settings” button that stays on the page after you make a choice.

  • Strictly necessary (Wix, Usercentrics): runs the site, security, and remembers your cookie choice. Always on.

  • Analytics, listed as Marketing in our cookie banner (Google Tag Services, Google Analytics): shows us how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Only if you accept Marketing cookies.

  • Chat widget, listed as Functional (Certified Code, WhatsApp: Start Chat Button): a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with us. Only if you accept Functional cookies.

Who we share your information with

We share information only with providers who help us deliver our services, and only as needed. These include:

  • Wix.com, which hosts this website and our booking system.

  • Stripe, which processes payments.

  • Google, for website analytics, if you consent.

  • Usercentrics, which runs our cookie consent banner.

  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us by WhatsApp.

  • Google (Gmail) for email, and Telegram if you choose to send documents that way.

  • Xero for accounting, and any other providers we need to run the business.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a regulator or court. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not send your application documents to embassies, consulates or immigration authorities ourselves unless you ask us to and we have agreed that as part of your service.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred, we rely on safeguards that UK data protection law accepts, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can contact us for more detail.

How long we keep your information

  • Client documents and application information: we do not keep a long-term archive. We delete your documents and application information within 15 calendar days of your visa process finishing, whether your visa is granted or refused. That includes copies in email, WhatsApp and Telegram, deleted-items folders and any copies saved on our devices. If your visa is refused and you ask us within those 15 days to help you apply again, we keep the documents you have already given us for the new application and delete them within 15 calendar days of that application finishing.

  • Enquiries that do not become a booking: deleted within 30 days of your enquiry if no booking follows.

  • Payment and accounting records: six years, to meet company and tax record-keeping rules.

If the law requires us to keep something longer, we will tell you.
